You can if you don’t touch tu net and if the ball go back if your terrain… after thath you must exped the ball in the other terrain between the antennas.

…. You can go under the net like that in any competition following FIVB rules, which is most of them in the world, even high school or college teams would have the same rules.

At this time, you just couldn’t have 1 foot fully on the opponents floor, and you have to bring back the ball outside of the antenna. There is absolutely nothing wrong with going under the net if you do it legally.
