What exercises can I do to start getting ready for volleyball?

Im in high school and I start Volleyball in a couple weeks. Do you know any exercises that i can do to get readdy for volleyball??

Wall sits, Sit ups, Running, conditioning really..also practice your jumps and if you’re home alone or just bored, set a volleyball around…

    lunges, squats, grapevines, & lift weights to build up your upper body.
    with the ball, you should practice control.

    I would jog a lot, and do things like squats, wall sits, grapevines, and then all your regular volleyball drills.
