What are the muscles and joints used in a Volleyball serve? Can you also link me to an appropiate diagram?

For a Health and Physical Education assignment, I am required to have a fully labelled diagram of what muscles and joints are used in a Volleyball serve.

Thanks.

Triceps and biceps but for a floater serve also your legs, but your brain and eyes are the key.

The brain is the most important component of a great serve.
Couldn’t put a name to any other parts.
Suggest you get a copy of the muscle "chart" and work your way through the motions. That way you will A: get a Distinction for the assignment, and B: Become a better player as tou will understand how you tick.

You use your upper arm muscles, the muscles in your wrist and fingers, your legs for power, and the most important one would be your core. Your core is the powerhouse in about everything in volleyball. Your thighs would come next. If these don’t answer your question, try these links. They are no-brainers.
