		<description>Volleyball is about a combination of strength, speed, and endurance, so there&#039;s not going to be one substance that will really help you. I think any multi-vitamin with iron (to keep you from getting a little anemic) and the B-complex (to help you stay focused) would be fine.  I&#039;ve also heard good things about creatine to help with strength and muscle mass, but remember the bigger you are, the more of you you&#039;ll have to get off the floor.  

Also, depending on how old you are, make sure you check into anything you&#039;re putting in your body. If you want to play in the NCAA, there are a ton of substances that are banned.  There are even flavors of vitamin water that have NCAA banned substances in them, so be careful what you take.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
