the pop stick he’s talking about is wrong..its not technical..if the ball is that high to where you have to “cushion it” then if you’re in down low and ready you should take the ball with your hands.
if you “pop stick” it or w.e the refs could call it as a double hit

i play high school …
i play high school volleyball, and we’ve been tought that it’s okay to pop stick or what ever the crap he called it. it’s a way to cushion the ball. . . so yeah.

A coach should only …
A coach should only show players the correct waty to do things NOT the incorrect way. That is one of the basics of all coaching. Poor girls, what kind of coach would make his players do this on camera.
