I bet you guys were wondering what ever happened to Mario Sports Mix wi-fi matches. The truth is, nothing happened. I’ve just been busy with walkthroughing and recording wi-fi matches of other games. But now, I’ve gotten plenty more Mario Sports Mix matches recorded, and I hope you guys will enjoy them! And lucky you, you’ve got me playing Brawl, MKWii, AND Sports Mix all around the same time. I hope you like all 3 games, because I plan to record each one a lot!
Anyway, today’s opponent is Jugo!@! (Jugo7). A few of you may not know him, but I do. He can also be commonly seen as “iemand” and we chat every now and again on Xat. He also appeared in “Mario Kart Wii Online Hacker Race #6″ and has been a small fan of my videos. Seeing as he was able to play the game against me, I decided to add him and play a match!
Today’s sport is Volleyball. Volleyball works like regular volleyball, in that you’re only allowed to hit the ball 3 times before it goes over, and the same person can’t hit the ball twice in a row. And if you don’t already know, Mario Sports Mix will allow you to play 2-on-2 or 3-on-3. In this case, we have 2-on-2. If you are playing 2-on-2, you can have a 2nd player play with you against your opponent.
The course played today is DK Dock. What’s interesting about this course is that it works differently for each sport. In this case, volleyball, both sides of the court rotate around in circles, making it harder to land the volleyball in the court. If your opponent doesn’t manage to land the ball in the court, you gain a point, and if you don’t hit it into the court, then your opponent gains a point. I think it’s neat!
On a side note, this is my longest video posted of this game and it’s one of the closest matches I’ve had yet! I know I said a similar thing in the last video, but that’s unimportant! They were both close matches! That only adds to the entertainment, right? Who shall win? It’s also the first time a Square Enix character appears in one of my matches.
Thank you, and enjoy!
