The University of Hawai’i men’s Volleyball team pulled off one of the biggest upsets of the 2011 collegiate season with a thrilling five-set win over top-ranked USC, Friday night in a Mountain Pacific Sports Federation match at the Stan Sheriff Center. Set scores were 22-25, 25-22, 15-25, 25-20, 15-10.

I DO NOT HAVE THE SEMI FINAL GAMES….Shawn Sangrey had a game-high 30 kills and the Buckeyes rallied to beat UC Santa Barbara 20-25, 25-20, 25-19, 22-25, 15-9 on Saturday to win their first NCAA men’s Volleyball crown.
It’s just the third time a team outside of the West has claimed the title. Penn State won in 1994 and 2008.

Description: Down 2 sets to none, Nebraska came back to force a fifth set off of Washington in the 2008 NCAA Regional Final. Down 9-3 in the decisive set, Nebraska pulled off a stunning comeback, taking nine straight points. Tied at 13, a Washington hitting error set up match point for Nebraska. A service ace from Jordan Larson sealed the match and the comeback. Nebraska advanced to the national semifinals in Omaha, Nebraska, where they would lose in five sets to eventual NCAA Champion Penn State.
