Children in the Gaza Strip have earned a place in the Guinness Book of World Records.
Seven thousand five hundred kids all bounced Basketballs at the same time for five minutes.
The world record was shattered at Gaza’s old international airport, which has been bombed several times by Israeli forces since 2001.
The event, organised by the UN and recent Palestinian college graduates, was designed to bring hope and fun to children in the besieged coastal enclave.

Like i wanna start playing Basketball so i practice but is it possible i can catch up to the great baskteball players who had years of experience?
Practice makes perfect. If you are regarding to NBA players, then it may take a while, but if you continue, you’ll get there. If you are talking about the average person that go to the park and play well, then yes you can catch up. But you have to dedicate yourself to get there.
The growing pains are over for the Parkview boys Basketball team. Coach BIll Brown’s team struggled last year with five sophomore starters. But following a district loss to Nixa, the Vikings began working on the next season. That work has paid off as the Vikings are off to a 4-0 start this season. Coach Jim Valvano and the “Cardiac Kids” celebrate one of the largest upsets in tournament history.
