Sometimes they can be raised…have you asked the facility if it can be raised? (that way, it will be way, way out of eye-view…)

But if not, it’s all about lighting. Keep the lighting low-candlelight will keep eyes focusing on what’s generally in their midst.

Just keep your table away from it, and it won’t be in any photos, so it won’t matter a moment. It’s probably more harm than good to even bother decorating it.

the net can most likely be removed.

i am not sure how this would look, but…maybe you could drape a white sheet over the hoop and gather it at the bottom with a nice rope and tassle. have an artificial flower arrangement to sit on top and drape over the edges of the sheet.

If you decorate it, it will add attention to it. Just leave it be. Dim the lights and have lots of candlelight instead.
