If this game happened in the NCAA tournament, it would be remembered forever. But it will likely be the greatest game never seen.
On a side note, notice how for a quick millisecond the clock stops when the game winning layup was happening.

this was a great game. one of the best things to ever see live i was the ball boy for the game and right under the hoop opposite of where he scored the game winner. it was insane. i have never seen anything like it

That was the best …
That was the best game I have ever seen. I could watch this replay over and over and over again. I watched it live that year and I won’t forget it. Anthony Akinson… just a wow game in and out. If the clip went to the replay the you would have saw that he let go of the ball at 0.1 remaining. Best game to watch.

Barton has produced two outstanding point guards in the last 2-4 years. Tim Black, who was flat out awesome in his career at Barton, is having a fantastic career in Europe and Anthony Atkinson who has excelled with the Harlem Globetrotters. The school definitely has built a winning product. They are fun to watch with their up tempo style of play on both ends of the floor.
