I m in my school’s ball team and my dunking intrigues everyone (the girls lol). It was truthfully really easy, I just used the unique training program over at 50 inch vertical (dot) com – anyone can do it

Birdman has …
Birdman has obviously improved a lot since this (before when he got suspended for two years). He was going through dark times and was a drug addict, he would even be on drugs during games sometimes and wouldn’t really even spend time practicing like most NBA players do. but when he came back in the 08-09 season he showed he changed in his life and on the court. Now he’s a beast. I have much respect for Andersen.
