I have a Wilson and a Spalding basketball. They all go flat after a while and pumping them up every week becomes pointless. Im a girl so it has to be 28.5. Also can you you give a website or a store to get it from.
I think you should have 2 Basketballs, one for indoors and the other one for outdoors. For indoors, spaldings wnba basketballs are a bit expensive but is good for use. Outdoors, im not sure if they have it for size 28.5, but spaldings street is really good. I have used it over summer everyday outdoor and it is still in a real good condition (also they are NOT expensive). FYI it is more likely that your basketball will be flattened quickly if you dribble on your way to the court or if you sit on it often. I dont recommend nikes basketball because I feel like they are heavier than spaldings.

How long does it hurt after you hit a volleyball with your wrist/hand? Like, does it go away after a while, or does it always hurt. (Do you build up resistance against it?) And what equipment do you need to play on like a school team? Thanks!
It hurts for like the first 3 or 4 pracitces…after that its like you dont even notice!! This is my first year playing volleyball in middle school and i was talked into it by my friends and I HATED Volleyball cause i always thought it hurt!!! But now I dont even notice and i have all kinds of highschool coaches asking me to play with them!! And I go to a private school…and we arent allowed to wear spandex…but if you go to a public school then im sure you will need spandex!! but your coach will let you know about that! but the main thing you will need is some good lightweight shoes and knee pads!! you can find those at academy!!! Under Armor are the best ones!

Turkey vs Serbia (FIBA World Championships 2010 Basketball) Türkiye – Sirbistan: WM-Gastgeber Türkei nach Zittersieg im Finale. Kerem Tunceri hat Gastgeber Türkei ins Finale der Basketball-Weltmeisterschaft geworfen. Der Aufbauspieler traf im Halbfinale gegen Vize-Europameister Serbien am Samstag mit dem letzten Wurf zum 83:82 (35:42) und verwandelte die Istanbuler Arena damit in ein Tollhaus. Im Endspiel treffen die Türken, die gegen starke Serben die ganze Partie über einem Rückstand hinterhergelaufen waren, am Sonntag auf die USA. Die NBA-Stars hatten sich im ersten Halbfinale mühelos gegen Litauen mit 89:74 (42:27) durchgesetzt. Bester Werfer bei der Türkei war NBA-Star Hidayet Türkoglu von den Phoenix Suns mit 16 Zählern.
